Celebrate Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) status at University Libraries.
University Libraries offers a growing collection of Spanish-language materials, including children's books, novels, and academic texts. The collection is located on the west side of Michener Library's main floor.
University Libraries provides access to 39 databases that focus on Latine topics or offer materials mainly in Spanish.
University Libraries actively purchases materials by Latin American and South American composers, such as Silvestre Revueltas and Astor Piazzolla. We also offer an extensive collection of sounds recordings and sheet music focused on Latine music.
Centro de Educación de Aztlán is a community space in Michener Library where Latine students can find a sense of belonging while developing their academic identity.
On display in the lower level of Michener Library, El Movimiento: The Chicano Movement in Northern Colorado, immerses visitors in the urgency, passion, and vitality of one of Colorado's most important social movements.
